JOB SUMMARY

As a Kitchen Porter you will be working closely with the kitchen team to help them maintain cleanliness of their equipment and space during service times.

As a Kitchen Porter you will provide a core support for maintaining our kitchens to a high standard. You will also provided with opportunities to learn and pick up some prep and cooking skills if you so wish.

JOB DESCRIPTION / CHEF

Job Area // Objective

-Cleaning: You will be cleaning dining plates and equipment for the duration of your shift. During periods with little potash you will also be assisting the chefs with deep cleaning the kitchen.

-Health, Food Safety & Hygiene Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Manage health and safety protocols in the kitchen.

-Food Prep: You will be offered the opportunity to learn kitchen skills under the guidance of our trained chef team.
