We are looking for a Bakery Manager who has a passion to join the Yorks family and to be inspiring to a team by empowering them daily and being their coach through leading by example. You should be motivated by strategic planning and execution in order to deliver great results whilst maintaining high standards. With no day being the same, you must use problem solving skills and be an accountable leader to manage the changes and challenges each day may bring.


At Yorks Paradise we are the hub of the entire organisations operation for bakery, as we move towards a world that is becoming more and more expensive it is our dream to become more and more accessible. As such we would like someone to come on board to help our vision with development and execution of what we can produce based around grab and go, abundant beautiful cake and bakery lunch items.

  • Someone who gets it - Pophams bakery, Arome, Ozone coffee – these should be names that make you smile reading them. If you know, you know.

  • Ability to be flexible – whether its work times, jumping on to help sandwich production, problem solving on the fly and adjusting to our customers needs. Flexiblity to the needs of the business.
  • Who is the ideal candidate?
  • Worked at a high level executing cake ranges
  • Knowledge of working with dough
  • Understands high volume production
  • Can organise production for multiple units
  • Can work on costings documents and work to strict guidelines on GP%
  • Has a proven track record in developing key members of staff
  • Prioritises a good work environment
